Time Frame: Customers may return items within 30 days of the delivery date. Please note, we cannot process returns or exchanges after this period.
Condition of Items: We diligently inspect all items before shipping. However, the returned items should be unused, in the same condition you received them. They must also be in the original packaging with all tags intact.
Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service by email at support@dreamethix.com. Once we receive your request, we will guide you through the return process. Please do not send your purchase back without contacting us first.
Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification. If your return is approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items of significant value.
Please note that final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.
